The present invention is related with a new method to build a Braille display device that provides intuitive information regarding the needs of blind people. The novelty of this technology is a single reading tactile cell that moves through different kinds of surfaces, updating Braille data series to the user. The position of the cell in the surface can be transmitted to the reading cell device by mechanical detection, electrical, magnetic or optical, or trough a combination of those methods of detection and others.
